i just accidentally right clicked and clicked on "quit" and now i cant figure out how to get the rocketbar or whatever its called back

But for future reference, its found in the C:\WINDOWS\Bricopacks\[packagename]\Rocketdock folder, along with all the others programs that you choose to install.

You can also enable/disable the applications of bricopacks (From Crystal Clear upwards via [bricopack name]config)
