I am fond of plain themes, and came across DeepSix:

Is it perhaps possible to create this theme as it is, but where blue make it red, but not too bright.
Would be highly appreciated if someone does it for me.

I really doubt someone is willing to make it just for you, as creating a visual-style is vey time-consuming. I suggest you search deviantart.com. It has tons of themes
