Are you requesting for an avator for your CrystalXP account??
In that case your request should be here (don't worry now A modo will do that for you)

To make you an avator I need some information regarding that??
* What name should I use in there?
* Any special colors you deserve?
* Any special font face? (if yes, link for the font or attach it with your post)
* Any special picture you want (attach one you like)
