You just have to recreate a background that fits the word, you copy the style of an original one I have made
take out the "reflection", make it invisible or delete it
On at least one of my exemples you should have the full "reflection" (it goes over the full image) , you just have to make it visible
and instead of cutting it so it would fit the backround put the (full) reflection layer just above the background layer (the design) then press alt and clic in the line just betweeb the two layer (in the layer box) (I've just learned that few days ago)
that will make the transparent part on the bottom layer transparent on the one above (act like a mask)
