is there anyone can help me to make my avatar n signature more glossy or even getting better ??
i used hiroshi font and i like red n white color

They look pretty good at the minute you just need a border on them, with a transparent background

If you want a border like mine  than open Gimp or Photoshop, open a 128x128 document, add alpha channel, color to alpha,  and go to the selection tool check the box that says rounded edges. Once you do that go to the paint brush, and change the opacity to around 50%. Than click out of it and hallow out an inner box and if desired add light and shadow affects like the one in yours. make sure you keep the inside transperant so you can drag it over the picture and just edit the bottom layer to fit it in the frame
