Dear GFX gurus I have a small request for an avatar for my forum url: http://certcollection.org/forum/
 
Size: 128*128 (I'll resize if needed)
Background Color: Gray color like this would be cool
Corners: Rounded
Effects: Crystal effect would be awesome.
Text: CC (in any corner)

Edit: A .psd format would be really appreciated.

You have to be more specific. What do you mean by "crystal effects"? And you've mentioned the background, but what about foreground? What do you want in the avatar?

By crystal effect I mean glossy and crystal / glass type borders. Here is an example
 

 
Background: #cccccc
Foreground: #eeeeee
 
Inside the avatar I want to have text member and CC in some corner.

So you don't want any picture, photo, or design in there? Just blank?

Yes no pic, just want a default avatar for all of my forum members.  
 
BTW I've mentioned url to the forum, what would you suggest for the avatar? Please do tell.

Ok I decided to make one myself
 

 
Am attaching the .psd file too, please help me in placing a text CC or CertCollection somewhere and member too.
