I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place but I'd like some advice.
 
It's only recently that I discovered the wonderful world of Tux's when I saw a few for use as Avatar's in a forum I had signed up on.  I thought it would be great to download some to use on my own forum, and found a large zip file with many, and on looking for more found your wonderful site.  
 
I saw that many of the files in the zip were G2 Tux's when looking at your site, so currently have not used any of the Tux's on my site.
 
I guess the question is, can I use G2 images from the Tux factory as Avatars as I'm not sure how I can go about attributing them to authors.  Can you please advise?  If this is not possible I will of course not use any of the G2 ones on my site.

First of all, thanks for asking, many people don't spend time for this even if they have to
 
The licence of the G2 Tux allows you to use these pictures if there is no commercial use of them and do not hesitate to give a link to the Tux Factory, so that the authors can be known

Wow that was a fast response!  It's a non-comemercial site, and I'll get back to sorting these wonderful Tux's into groups for Avatars - Will also place a link to Tux Factory - credit where credit is due!

I think the Tux Factory is a great and well presented site and there is a lot of talent here.  This is what I put when I installed the Avatars, please let me know if you think I should make any changes,

I hope it's a step in the right direction as we are a small gaming site, currently invitation only with some 23 members.   The Tuxes make great Avatars!  I'm currently using one of Oggiwan's magnificent Roman Tuxes!

That's strange it should come up fine - go to Santuario.co.uk (if you can access that, otherwise the site may be down, a constant problem...).   Then select the Visitors book (underneath Rumours and Ramblings) and the Tux Avatars post should be there...
 
Let me know if you still can't see it, that will mean there is a problem with my site!
