im in school, and it would be much appreciated if anyone can make me a simple but crystlal Good looking with this image :   http://stor.thetmyster.com//files/1/PetcheyBadge.png
 
adn at a 1200x1200 and 1200x747 or what ever it is
 
it needs to  have a main colour of #004083

I have Desigers Block, i have no ideas, not for an avatar... not for a wall, only my web design
 
and my school BADLY needs a new wallpaper all the logo was a bad cutout (the dumb guy didnt even know that they had a transparensy :lol:)
 
anyways, im too buisy :{

None of the images from that site are working for me. Maybe their servers cannot be accessed from India? Try using ImageShack.us or UploadPSD.com
