What do you mean by ask permission? I don't understand what you mean.

If you go to this link, it'll say that you are not allowed to use that image without permission.

How do I ask permission then? I've uploaded it to tinypic.com and PMed them and they said, "You may use it as you like."

If you have send a message to all creators of those images, I think it is ok. Did you do this?

I have asked the all the creators and they said yes.. and I don't know how it works.
