well. What i have here: an .ani, converted to .gif (can upload the .ani, too, if anybody needs^^)
What's the problem? when i open it with photoshop, it is not animated (don't ask me why   )
so your work:
a) help me and tell me how to get it animated into photoshop
b) get it into a psd (animated! by yourself.

I don't believe that you can extract an animated gifs into frames and such Least no way I know of.

Photoshop does not open animated gif's with frames. You can open animated gif with Fireworks or any app that supports animated gifs.

If you have Photoshop, you probably got Adobe ImageReady with it. That's what we normally use for animated GIFs...

have photoshop cs3, there animation thing is included

PS CS3 can make animated GIF's using PS layers. PS CS3 does not open animated GIF's because ImageReady is no longer part of PS CS3. Fireworks is what Adobe uses now to handle animated GIF's.

even if you open it in Imageready it will give you frames and not layers

But you can tell it to "flatten frames into layers"  (I would go through the steps exactly, but my computer died and I have not installed it again yet)

This should turn the frames into layers though and then you can save it into a psd.

Sorry, PS CS3 doesn't work that way.

Your image is not ok, i find it and then save into psd. Too easy .
