x3lumin8x Profil: Penguin | Photoshop does not open animated gif's with frames. You can open animated gif with Fireworks or any app that supports animated gifs.

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | If you have Photoshop, you probably got Adobe ImageReady with it. That's what we normally use for animated GIFs...

PS CS3 can make animated GIF's using PS layers. PS CS3 does not open animated GIF's because ImageReady is no longer part of PS CS3. Fireworks is what Adobe uses now to handle animated GIF's.

darklady Just remember, art saves lives. Profil: Big Penguin | But you can tell it to "flatten frames into layers" (I would go through the steps exactly, but my computer died and I have not installed it again yet) This should turn the frames into layers though and then you can save it into a psd.
