But - I have a special need that it will be exactly like the original pic! I mean, the same colours pix , there are two lines at the top left and etc.

Your best option is to search for this wallpaper yourself. Recreating this wallpaper is;
1. Against the rules, because you're stealing most of the work from the original artist.
2. Almost impossible to do.

Try DeviantArt or Google for example.

It's alright. You don't have to worry, but unless someone has got this wallpaper in their own collection, I'm afraid it will take you a while to find it.

The best way to find themes and other graphic stuff is to search on deviantart.com

If you are still at all interested, I have managed to find the picture of Jessica Alba:

So it would appear that wallpaper is an edited version of this, or similiar.
