It needs to say with large white text Circuitz4u.com and with small text Circuit & PCB Designer.
It needs to blend well with the rest of the page. Also, make sure to put some crystal PCB board in the background. Don't put some photo. I would like a crystal one. If you don't know what PCB board is, click [this] link.

As I mentioned already, I need it as soon as possible. Deadline is 5th May.
Make sure it's something better than the current logo. Also, deliver it in PNG format.
Max resolution is 750x114px.
