How can I use icons downloaded from crystalxp I downloaded pack of icons called...
But how can I use/activate downloaded icons?
Please Help!

Hey,

1- Right click on the icon you want to change.
2- Go to properties.
3- Customize tab.
4- Click on " Change Icon " at the bottom.
5- Browse your folders, search where you downloaded the icon pack.
6- Choose the icon you want.
7- Ok > Ok.

You didn't mention PNG -> ICO step
Windows uses ICO files for icons. So, you probably downloaded an icon pack in PNG format. If there is ICO format, then no need for converting PNG to ICO. But, if you don't have ICO format, you have to convert icons.

To convert icons to ICO, just point your browser to ConvertIcon, browse to your PNG image and convert it.

In order to change the icon of the recycle bin:

1- Right click on the desktop.
2- Properties
3- Desktop Tab.
4- Customize desktop.
5- Choose your Empty / Full recycle bin Icon.
6- Click on Change icon.
7- Browse for the icon.
8- Choose your icon > Ok > Ok.

Done !

OK, slow down
I see you want to change many icons.
This way just won't do it. I thought you wanted to customize just a few icons on your desktop.
But, apparently you don't

So, here's what we gonna do.
Get some software like IconPackager (not free), IconTweaker (free ) etc.

IconPackager doesn't suppport icons downloaded from crystalxp.

What am I trying to say that I know change icon's picture but I don't know how to install pack of them at one go.

That's because they probably aren't an icon pack made for IconPackager. You can find IconPackager sets here, good luck!
