I am in desperate need of a logo right now, haha.  

I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out.

I need a web2.0-style logo of a jellyfish, and next to that text that says "jellysquish"

In the meantime, I'll be browsing this wonderful site and checking out your tutorials and other content.

Well, I'm looking for a simple and colorful jellyfish, not with all the details of a real one. We all know what a jellyfish looks like.

Okay, let's think of how I could fit it in at the top of the site...

The text size in that image is perfect.

Okay, at the top of the site I was thinking of having that text, except with the jellyfish just to the left of it, scaled down to about the same size as the text.

Could I please see what it looks like when it's like that, and could you please try one other modification:

Have a white star in the roundish part of the jellyfish, and also have the top white bit in the "e" a small star, and the blank bit in the "q" and the "o" the same, if you get what I mean.

No idea how big you want the star in the jellyfish. I hope you like it, but I will change anything that you don't like.

Edit: I don't think the star inside the jellyfish is a nice idea, but it's your choice. Perhaps the star in the q (and perhaps the o) should be smaller?

nice outcome gruzz! :] i have a suggestion, how about resaterizing the text, but first diplicatiing the original and hiding it, and ctrl+clicking on the stars and hitting delete on the resaterized text layer, therefore making the starts look more like, they are the font, you get me?

Yeah, stars look a little funny, let's just keep it without the stars, and leave it the way it was originally So yeah Gruzz, what you did there, except with no stars and the jellyfish a little smaller (a little taller than the text)

Very nice, Gruzz! Only one thing, I meant to take the stars out and make the text the way it was before.

And a clear background, please. Other than that, it's amazing, thank you all very much for your help, I'll be sure to keep visiting this site and checking things out. Just got Photoshop, so I'm learning to do this myself.

You already said that before, but I didn't knew what you mend. Do you mean a transparent or white background perhaps?

I think he needs the jelly fish logo along with the text on a transparent background (in PNG format) .
