I don't have Photoshop, just Photoshop Elements, so I can't do this.
Here's a guide for anyone who doesn't know how to do this.
Can someone make a 25x20px blank, transparent bitmap? I really need it for my Windows theme, but I don't have Photoshop, so theres no way for me to do it myself.

Thanks.

Just a transparent 25 by 20px document with a transparent background? Would you like a .psd file or what?

Um, sorry about being unclear. I'm really bad at explaining stuff.  :ouch:

Actually, the link was wrong. This is the page that explains how to make a bitmap transparent.

Basically, I want to get rid of the little windows logo on the start button. I'm trying to do it just by making the entire picture transparent. According to the guide, you need to go to the channels tab in the layers window, and do stuff there. Photoshop elements can't do this, so I need someone with full Photoshop to do it for me. And it should be .bmp, not .psd.

Hopefully that cleared some things up.
