2 layers + a blank one in a psd file
one for the right transparent panel
one for the square in the middle

Edit: ok i messed with photoshop a bit. here is my outcome. (the bar, i cannot bend it do make perfection; as you can see its reflection a bit blurry )

Maybe it can be blurred alittle bit more behind the bar, transparent but more blurred

Brekfastclub, do you want a curved sidebar or a straight one , also tell me the minimum size in which you want the psd file.

If it makes not too much work I would love to have both (curved and straight)  

I think minimun 1024*768 and maximum 1600*1200 ...

But there still remains something which you have to do by yourself.
The size of the psd file is (512*382 px) which is half the minimum size you wanted.I have covered all the layers with vector mask so that their quality may remain same after transformations.

What you have to do is to increase the size of each layer set by 200% of its original size.

Thanks alot, but it looks like there´s a problem (here). I use Corel-Draw/PhotoPaint, usualy
I can import all kind of PSD`s from Deviant and elsewhere and they all works fine.

Any idea whats wrong ?

I think it is because I have used vector mask on the layers.I will work on it and will do whatever I can.
You said you only need the sidebar , I will make just that for you.

Take all the time you need, no hurry
