The crystal effect is the lens flare effect on the black background. Very simple to make..! like this..

thanks :biggrin: and yes it does look a bit aliased :ouch: because of the transformation to make it look 3D but ill try fixing it eith some smoothness or something

COREL Draw can do the job, you can also use Illustrator (the best one to make vector images).
