hi i'm new in this forum and i think it's a great forum.
I was asking  if it's possible to someone to make a tutorial with basic techniques to  how crystallize an image.
I've followed the tux tutorials and i make a good work but when i try to apply that tut to other images i make a mistake and the result is really bad, thanks in advanced

About the tutorials, there are some in english, those you can find in the in the tutorial section, which you again can find in the crystal xp home page...  

About how to put a tux into a different image ( correct me if i have misunderstood... ), Eliaden has made a tutorial on this, and it is in the forum, but I just can't seem to find it...

you could try to do a google search to find other tutorials... but I think that the ones at crystal xp are the best...

Well It's not that strange from the ones in here,

specially like make B&B icon (translation by K-millio)
I've added some additional effects and reflection methods.

Anyway I'll look forward to tell you aBOUT What I did in the mean time try to go further from the tutorials available here (improve your skills)

my problem is that I only have a tryout version of photoshop 9.0, that expires tomorrow  , and I don't like the gimp very much  

but luckily for me, I'm waiting for a copy of photoshop 7.0  

it's not as good as 9.0, but at least I can share my not so good creations with this wonderful forum

I downloaded a tryout version from adobe, and i didn't get an activation number...

Hmm, I cannot say exatly since I may refer it wrongly.
But it's something like this,

I know it's not very good looking for your sig but I've copied your method like this,

What I ment by reflections was the white shades in the heart and on the cornors of the sig body

have you used a lens flare to make reflections on the corner?
Anyway your technique is awesome

Yes I had (on top-right and bottom-left) This one is called 'Movie Prime' but I only saw this with CS2 (version 9)
