Hi folks,

well, I have to admit, that I'm a bloody n00b according to this whole design thingy and
I'm so sorry to provide mental pain for you by this question, but I greatly appreciate what
you are doing here. It's awesome  :great:

So... ehm... I've just downloaded the visual style 'Vista CG' and am too dumb to implement
it in my windows XP by my own. Help http://www.musiker-board.de/vb/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

most likely it's a visual style for Window Blinds XP, try downloading Stardock's Window Blind's XP, that should work. from www.stardock.com

:he: Visual Styles are only made for XP without any external apps like WindowBlinds or StyleXP.  WindowBlinds skins/thems have the extention .wba

Thanks

Correct
But when you're installing 3rd party visual style (not a one developed by Microsoft), your original uxtheme.dll won't allow you to change the theme :frown:
therefore, you'll need to patch the .dll
StyleXP and Uxtheme Multipatcher (also Neowin version) are the patches avalable in the net but Style Xp is just not only a patching devise.

If you want, you can use a Visual style (msstyle) in Windowblinds, but first you have to convret that in to a wba using Skin Studio  :oui:
