im not new to phtoshop or notin.. but i cant really find a great way to make hair for a tux.. specificly a headbanging rock loving tux lol someone mind helping me out? i would much apreciated and then i can finally add the finishing touches to my tux

Well, most of the tux designers use Photoshop (but I can't say that none uses Gimp)

So I could only say that try ti obtain what we do in Photoshop even in Gimp (under some limitations)
