Can someone tell me how to make Asher's Avatar? please   please

Well Garbo, have you searched for any tutorials in making Avaters ? (I'm quite sure one war there )

In the mean time, It's Asher is the best one who can tel you exactly the correct way

The same question was asked by a member few years ago when I had a different kit and I made a tutorial for that but I think that tutorial is outdated will a PSD file suffice your request or you are expecting a tutorial?

Yep, just looked at it. Very complicated. And your "buddy" is one layer. How'd you make that?

May I just say the way you've made that border is amazing!

EDIT: And the way you've made the background with the different layers, interesting way you have of doing it, totally different to how I'd approach it - I'm gonna learn a lot from this psd

Garbo It's possible that you might think I made the PSD so complex because I am going to share it , the truth is I have made it as simple as I could, the problem is I use Layer-Effects so much try to understand them and you will understand everything

Uttaresh It may look complicated at first site but you will understand if you observe it (the same thing everyone does with the subjects like Maths & Physics ) .Yes , that buddy is one layered but I've a separate PSD file for it , actually it is an icon from 'Soft-Icons'

Ghost happy to know you find it interesting and even happier to know that you can learn from it I think this PSD of mine will teach you a lot more than that

That is a very revealing file, the way you use the different shapes and then knock out the fill and use layer effects... it's genius! Genius sir!

Well I have tried to copy it   and I think that I did well at the head but the body wasn't so good

And Uttaresh, If I may support Asher's reply, seeing PSD was one of nightmare for me in the beginning but in the same way you get to explore it

Ghost Glad to know you like the PSD file but its not necessary for you to call me always 'Sir' it may be used to show respect but we are all same

Well Friends! It's a very nice PSD to learn

You can see that my Avatar has been changed with little differences from Asher's

like > User image , Colour,  Motion Blur, Reflection (& ofcourse the Text )

Garbo Keep on exploring the PSD and you'll soon come across many techniques
