Exactly how do you make visual styles for Windows XP? Do you use some special software?

And what about these BricoPacks? How do you make a visual style that can change the taskbar etc. and all the icons??

I think I want to make one...

Making visual styles is not going to be as easy as making icons or other such simple images , it's complex and requires intense patience and determination , you can use StyleBuilder for making visual styles

Unfortunately , it is , the only other way is to use Resource-Hacker or a program of similar nature which is kinda hard
