Ok, im new to this, and i love the tux. I want to create my own, but i'm not for sure how. I've gathered that you need to use Photoshop, but i'm not a mac user... im windows. Can someone please help me.. as i would LOVE to design my own!!!  Thank you for all the help in advance.!!!

If you want make your own tux, there are tutorials (for G1 and G2 tuxes) and they are made for Windows users So keep try them and good luck with it

What version of Photoshop should i use? It looks like Photoshop 7.0 is only for mac users? Any suggestions?

There are plenty of more recent versions of photoshop and I was never aware that it was for mac users only. The only issue with photoshop is the price tag.

There's Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3, and CS3 Extended.
Those are, newer than 7.0.

WHY THE HECK DOEEVERYONE THINK PHOTOSHOP 7 IS ONLY 4 MAC USERS I HAV 7.0 AND cs3 !!!!

Look this is not ment to be offensive but !!  why would all the vertions before and all the vertions after be for mac and pc and 7.0 not for pc??

There might be some confusion because Photoshop (among other Adobe applications) was for Macintosh only at the beginning. Nowadays they also work on Windows though. You can still provide your command in a bit nicer way though.
