I am a newbie to graphics so please bear with me . I had a style wich I liked  from Windows Xp Custom but after installing SP3 it has disapeared The main thing I want is to lose the start button and replace it with the windows logo. Can you suggest a style or away to do this.

I think you need to patch your UxTheme with SP3 patcher:
