Can anybody tell me how I can create a userbar like this "animation" :

It is really easy in Image Ready. But the userbar says GIMP User.

Are you using GIMP?

No I'm not a GIMP user but the userbar which I post is just a example

And have you got the two user bars[Photoshop and Gimp]?? Then I can tell ya how to make it..

But it seems as if the guys here preffer ImageReady to Flash... But, Flash is really good

Have a look at this ImageReady tutorial by Neil! It's really nice if you don't know much about the effect you want to achieve in ImageReady.
