Hai peeps, i am new here and i need some help if is possible i really wanna learn to use Photoshop and now im trying to make tux2, as tut says but i find problem i dont know to :

8. Create a new layer called "Left foot". Set these colors:
Foreground: R:224 j'ai:205 B:0 (or #E0CD00)
Background: R:223 j'ai:186 B:0 (or #DFBA00)

How to put that colors ?

It's not hard to change the foreground color. You just have to double click the box which resembles the foreground color. It is on the bottom of the tool box. The same applies for the background color. You can post any questions about tutorials in the topic of the tutorial itself by the way.
