I found this picture and it has a really cool glass type effect to it but I don't know how to do it but I do have photoshop.

Just wondering if someone can tell me how to achieve this effect...

As far as I can see, that's not very hard to create. Just create a new layer, make a white box and then lower the opacity to a level you think is sufficient.

Thanks. I actually figured out how to achieve this effect after I posted this. I just lower the opacity or fill to around 50%.
