Hello,

I'm trying to make a fire-like effect on something I'm drawing and the filter > stylize > wind... is grayed out. I'm not sure what would cause this filter (among others) to be grayed out. I'm using RGB color mode with 16bit/chan, the layer i'm trying to apply it to is raterized. I tried on a fresh pic and it was still grayed out.

Is there something I'm missing?

I am so smrt. It needed to be in 8bit/chan depth. Sorry for wwasting your time.
