For the background a tutorial is here : http://www.yo-ric.com/index.php?page=cours...;id_cours=6_6_6
It's in french but i can translate it for you

And for the formes i think it's a brush and then he applies different effects and colours

Nice finding but cellblade has already said that he can achieve the radial background by himself.

I am in rush and could manage to achieve only this:

I know it's not as good as it is supposed to be but it is just a symbol of guarantee that we do care about others and spend our time for making them happy :oui: .

Hi cellblade

As you said you can manage to make the radial background , the only problem is regarding the curves , believe me they are even easier to make than the background :oui:. You can use Selection Tool or Pen Tool to create Crescent like curves . After having a fine number of different curves , transform them and place them at different positions. If you have any problem with the curves then do repy  .

There is also a set of brushes on deviantART that apply the whole thing with out having to draw anything.  I'll have a search around for them.

Disko, it would be great if you can share the link to the brush set that can give the above image. I am waiting for it.  :loveit:

i know cellblade that you stroke the pentool path with a brush.  :meuh:

but what i am keen in knowing is, how come i can see the background through the lines?

if i decrease the opacity of the line with the brush strokes the glow effect you have on it becomes light too but in this case of yours, the lines are somewhat transparent and the glow effect is good.

can you please tell me how did you get it? :xeyes:

EDIT: I think i did not read your message properly. it was written "its the fill opacity not the master opacity."..got it, thanks!! :happy2:

Perhaps you should add outer glow with lowered opacity there
