I search an effet and I post it in the french corner but they don't answer me yet so i post it in the ENglish corner maybe are they faster to answer ^^

I would like to make the same effet as the crystal xp forum's banner, a "Vista" effect, like this

They probably used the Pen Tool, but it'll be hard to imitate. There's also been a discussion about an other Vista effect on the English forums. You can find it here!

Yes i know and it's great the work you make I usually read the English post and i'll help the best i can too ^^ so if someone need this effect mp me or maybe can i make a tutorial

I'm not sure what effect you're talking about now, but if you look on page two of the link I gave you, you can see there's already a tutorial for this effect.

The CrXP banner is more simple than the box you're showing as an example.

I think you can get this kind of effect playing with the Pen Tool and Gradients.

The effect on the box requires some blur effects, that's even harder to handle.

i searched the same effect as the cxp forums's banner , the sort of wave

I succes in making this effect with the feather and few modifications ^^

Sur i make it now and I show us

I make just one form and I make it very faster because i'm busy but you will obtain a best result if you play with luminosity and colour and if you make many forms
If someone need the process ask me and when i have the time i show you an exemple with a bester quality than this one

And of course this process need to be ameliorate

Gandof, it's not really the vista effect but i told it like that because I didn't know how to tell it

To have the result you make the form with the feather
You make a selection of the form
Select > Feather > enter approximatly 30px and it's not working enter less.
Than you delete the selection
You play with the opacity and the nuancy
make make many layer for the same form to have a good effet many layer with different colour,different opacity if you don't understand what i mean tell me

Finaly when you make lots of forms one over one you will obtain a nice result
