the eye was not made by me, i borrowed it.

the current bear is made by me, and i like it.  

what frame do you want to learn?

these are not borders.

actually they are rectangles bases and you make your design on top of them giving them a look of a border.

So,
how to make these rectangular bases

select the rectangle tool and make it. see here

I donno how i made the borders,
i just made it wid default imageready borders,
i wanna know how to put rectangulare bases

if you want to share your signatures then may be you can remove your name from it so that other can use it.

if you just want the opinion then it is other story.  

I'll show you how to make borders

1) Make a selection and fill it with some color you want to be border color. (Make sure you don't deselect it)
2) Go to Select --> Modify --> Contract and enter number of pixels you wish to be border width.
3) Press Delete
4) Done

Somehow I think this should be in Graphic Release instead of Graphic Novice Center. What are your opinions?

If the signature would be without my name,
then it can be in graphic release.

that is right, but it is your choice if you want to share your things with other,
