OK, I am pracitcing how to make some crystalized images. I saw some of you pros making them, and I hell like 'em. I am trying to use some white to transparent gradient with lower opacity. But it always looks n00bish. So I would like to hear how do you make them.

OK, here's something I did in few seconds. Ain't anything special, since it's just a test. I tried to crystalize the head of the second dude.

You're probably right.  Crystal effect looks better on one-color graphics :wink:

Yes, but the size of the crystalization on the head doesn't make much sense to me! Make it a bit bigger. :smile: You shouldn't see the end of it on top of the head.. yea try to figer that sentence out first. :wink:

The size and the position does make a difference though..! See what I tried on the same image as yours..! 30 Seconds job..! You can get awesome results if you spend more time on this..!  :meuh:

Actually size is everything.  When doing designs on an image, it's crucial that everything is right on the money.  So size is huge!
