What I have to do to get the perfect cut and perfect Transparencies when I save the work ?

You can preserve the transparency of any image by saving that image as .png file.

iExplorer can read trasparency of .png now?

Yes, Internet Explorer 7 is able to do that. Remember, some people are still using previous versions!

So, for your question, .png, .jpg or .psd can be saved with transparency ; you just have to choose it when you save the file (with softs like Photoshop, XnView, IrfanView or another). New browsers can already read this file type (Firefox (and deviations), Opera, IE7 (and deviations too), Safari ...)
