I think that first two wallpapers have been designed in a 3D program and probably MAXON Cinema 4D.The lightning effect in the third one can be designed in Adobe Photoshop.The fourth one seems to me as a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Now tell us which software do you know better so that we can help you accordingly.
