I think you want that animal (don't know its name ) to be crystallized.

yes ^^ its name is Ziesel(Spermophilus lateralis) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden-mantled_Ground_Squirrel

I dont think someone is going to Crystallize that squirrel from the image.It has to be re-designed manually and skilfully for a good Crysal appearance.

how do i re-design it? Is there somewhere a manual?

My personal opinion is to do a vector.  It requires a high-level of skill, and basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop, but will give a great effect.  There are plenty of tutorials out there, and this is one of my favourites.
