Hi sparklespenguin and Welcome to Crystal XP 
When you click on the 'Inner glow' of the Blending options, you'll see a view like this in the middle of the 'Blending Options Window'

There you'll see a little square filled with light yellow, that's the play where you've to change the color of the 'Inner glow' in to RGB-141 
(just double click on the square and then a color pallete will open, there change the R, G, and B values in to '141' or paste 8D8D8D next to '#'
And just below that (under Elements, you'll see the parapeter for setting the Value of the size of the Inner glow in pixels

You can set the Blend mode in to 'Multiply' from the top drop down list (under Structure)
