ok. i was wonderin you download these desaign right and and how do you but the on thing.like say you had a flash icon and they have F and you download something and it has the same f as flash how do you but the f you downloaded to the flash icon

i know some one just message me about the sig. anyway back to the thing. so you have flash right and the flash is a blue f right. i download a red flash sign that is a red f just like the flash sign. and i was wonderin how do i put the red f on the sign instead of a blue

Still a little confusing in your explnation
So you want a red 'f' for your signature? is that what you're saying?

I think you want to change your icon?

To change a icon:
1. Right click the icon, choose the last tab, then change icon.
2. Click browse, click the icon you want, and choose ok.

i dont see that let me say what i see. i go to the last tab and i see advanced surch. and thats about it

afroking, is that what you want to do, change an icon?  If so then I can help you but right now I'm not certain what you want to do

To change an icon say in the pinned section on your start menu do this:

1. Click start
2. Selct a program on your list, e.g Photoshop
3. Right-Click the program and select properties
4. When the menu opens select the tab 'shortcut'.
5. Once your in the shortcut tab select 'Change Icon'.
6. Locate the icon you wish to change too.

i get to the tab part. do i hit tab on the keybord. or do i look for tab on the thing. i dont see tab anywhere

And when we refer to the one in the keyboard, we'll say 'Tab Button'
