Having trouble Downloading it, and can't open the file.....Never done this before until today.....

A link is the web address starting fro m http://... which gives a location of a particular file You can find it in your Browser's addreess bar

DJG, This is a skin for a customizing application called WindowBlinds
You need to download Windowblinds in order to open this Aero Ultimate skin
 
Windowblinds is not a free application, can use it for 30 days in trial and if you need it more you'll have to buy it for 19.95$
 
I think I've given you some information on what to do, so to download Windowblinds, Click on an 'Arrow' in front of the name
