I just closed Safari, after copying my bookmarks to Firefox, and the window closed, but the process just wouldn't die Using up 111mb of RAM!

LOL, I've never had problems with Firefox. Yes, it does occasionally crash, but that's because I open over 300 tabs at a time when viewing *must be over 18*.
 
It's never crashed on me whilst using normally. Maybe it's Vista's fault?

It was only verison 2.x that crashed, and that's only on Vista yes But now version 3.whatever is running fine the scroll is a little slower than I like but Oh, and when I open a link/bookmark in a new tab it makes that tab active... even though I've deselected "When a open a new tab, switch to it immediately"

Firefox has always been good to me. I usually open tabs for e-mail, Nintendo Addict, GSN (Game Show Network), and here all at once no problem. It may get slow, but it is still fine.

It's a page that displays all users that have their birthday today along with their ages. "ans" is French for years. Hence, we get "annual" meaning yearly.

Speaking of colour choices... Why is uttaresh blue, not green?  Why is Tanshin red, not blue? Why am I green andnot... I dunno, black?

Well, I was the first, and used blue because I wanted the text to be subtle enough to blend in with the forums yet easily noticeable. Tanshin made his black at first, presumably because he did not know which # colour I had used. You came along and used green, the green from my avatar; possibly to annoy me, or maybe because Green and Ghost start with the same letter of the alphabet. Then Tanshin decided to change his text to red to create a primary light colours pattern. After this, Tmaxx decided to jump in; and used magenta, because it was the only primary pigment/paint colour left besides yellow, which I believe he did not use as it is too light. Of course, one might argue that mustard or orange would have been an acceptable substitute; but as that is the outline colour for the glomp smiley, it would be a little blatant for him to use, for it would imply that as his colour matches best, he is the original creator of the emoticon -- which he is not.

(And does anyone know how to use an em-dash (long dash) and en-dash (medium dash) on the computer? This - is neither, it is a hyphen.)

At my forum, one of our members has made a "spoof" of the forum (OSNA=Official Spoof of Nintendo Addict). He told me in a PM today that the only way to defeat Lord Random is with more random, or in our case, glomps! Our secret plot to destroy the world (codename: Hulu ) is working!

So it's like an emoticon for you to use whenever you want to sort the mess, like when two people are fighting.
