Tanshin Profil: Penguin Pro | Ah yes, I remember Windows 2000. That was a good one, too bad it really never took off (neither did ME) ---------------

| |
turtle bacon Profil: Top Penguin | ME was almost as big of mistake as Vista. ---------------

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | I had ME for almost a year, and it was one of the worst Windows ever, crashed every half-hour. 2000 was more developer and network aimed, I don't think MS ever aimed it at the average home user. Personally, I've used every version of Windows since Windows 3 (MS DOS before that, and only for games). The only Windows that I've found useful or worth the money I spent upgrading were Windows 3, 95, 98, and finally XP. Oh, and here's a list of all the OSs I've used yet: MS-DOS Windows 3 Windows NT (school) Windows 95 Windows 98 / 98SE Windows 2000 (at a few school computers) Windows ME Windows XP Windows Vista (but only a few days on friends' and family's computers) RedHat Linux (only a few months, a long time ago when I was learning C++, only used command line) OpenSUSE (for about a week, but will use again in college) I've seen and used Macs, but not actually owned or even properly messed around with one. Tanshin Profil: Penguin Pro | I used ME at a friend's house. It was horrible. My aunt used 2000 at her work and on her laptop. She uses XP now.
My dad's work just bought a bunch of Dells, they all stink! It's horrible. ---------------

turtle bacon Profil: Top Penguin | Yes I've installed all sorts of games on 95 wonderful OS. I love 2000 cause it uses NT and Dos. And the added bonus of stability, compatibility, low memory consumption, and low CPU comp as well!

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | How can you voluntarily die? I mean, if you kill yourself, it'll be suicide ... it's not as if you allowed yourself to die.
And I know you're a teen and this whole "death is cool" thing comes naturally when you're turning 13 ... but the emo days are sooooo over. ---------------

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | On the internet, no one really cares that you're annoyed. It is no excuse for acting stupid. You want people to blow steam on? That's what friends and family are for. ---------------

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | Damn it's my last ten days here, and I wanna get a haircut, but my barber closed down. Damn it!
I've decided to start reading again. Oliver Twist, by Charles Dickens. Chapter 2. For whosoever doubted what I said about the complexity of his works, here's one of his usual sentences. There are usually one or two of these "sentences" per paragraph.
"Unfortunately for the experimental philosophy of the female to whose protecting care Oliver Twist was delivered over, a similar result usually attended the operation of her system; for at the very moment when a child had contrived to exist upon the smallest portion of the weakest possible food, it did perversely happen in eight and a half cases out of ten, either that it sickened from want and cold, or fell into the fire from neglect, or got half-smothered by accident; in any one of which cases, the miserable little being was usually summoned into another world, and there gathered to the fathers which it had never known in this."
There are MUCH longer sentences, so you can imagine how proper use and understanding of punctuation can help. Message edited by uttaresh on 07-14-2009 at 08:57:18 AM ---------------

uttaresh The Penguin Master Profil: Penguin Pro | What is? His hair growth, his jealousy, or dazza's baldness? You have to be clearer. By the way, I just watched that 'Girlfriend' song on YouTube. No, I am not a girl ... I was just bored. Anyway, I just realized that all three girls are the same. Like the blonde, redhead, and brunette ... they're the same Avril Lavigne. I never noticed that ... ---------------
