So if I receive money in my PayPal account ... can I spend that money directly using PayPal on another website without the interaction of an actual bank?

Well doesn't money in paypal just go to your bank? Paypal is simply a way to avoid giving out card details all the time. So there is an interaction with a bank, but you wouldn't even know.

I don't have a bank account that I am allowed to use. All the money in it is for my college fund. So I need to be able to receive and spend money directly from PayPal.
 
Let's say I earn $50 from this search thing. Can I spend that $50 directly on say Amazon.com from PayPal?

Legace I search google etc a hundred times a day, so, the offer is quite attractive... unless you are ready to be profiled for your online searches, which I guess, Mr gogole already does.

Yeah ... and you get frames all around you. I think that's how you get paid, for how long the ad frame is in use.

Sounds like a nice thing, but my parents will get too suspicious.

They get freaked out when I get a linux distro in the mail, and those are usually free.

Ugh, so on one of the forums that I am co-admin on, our images were stolen
 
All of our rank images (we have tons) were taken, and we weren't the only forum hit either. We have been working on the problem though and have contacted ZetaBoards (as the culprit board is hosted there), as well as the admin of that site. It really is a shame that people have to steal images.
 
If you need help making images for webistes, use a graphics request forum or something.

Meaning, if they aren't capable of making their own images, they should get help from somewhere they can get images made for them by the community (kinda like the Graphic Mutual-Aid section here )

Last Friday, I went Colombo with some of my batch mates to buy some books for our Para Clinical. Expending our educational stuff, we had a really nice experience & did many crazy stuff As I believe that's is a one that one definitely should experience even for once

I don't like taking medication, pain killers and that kind of stuff. I'm barely ever ill so I reckon my immune system will cope just fine, and the pain I can survive

That's a good spiritual attitude  because Medication does make a person ill more than it does the curing part!
So as long as you're without medication, That's the safest  
(I know I may feel like opposite to my future profession but it's not We're not to cure diseases in first place We're here to prevent them)

Good luck! I can't even swallow pills so, I'm 15 and I use liquid and chewable antibiotics. Right now I have this awful stuff that when chewed turns to a paste that sticks to your teeth and won't wash off with water.

Well I have Urticaria so I'm not even allowed to take most analgesics. (That's what you call 'em, right?)  
 
As for medication in general ... I think it's best to avoid them whenever you can. Only exception is when it's too much to handle on your own; e.g. when you're shot in the heart, when your girlfriend kicks you in your area, when your computer crashes, etc.
