If it was a touch, and you had MobileMe, you could use Find my iPod (I've used it for testing purposes). It does work!

Well, it's only meant really for iPhone users, since they have mobile connection at almost all times - certainly wherever you're likely to lose it.

For iPod Touch users... unlucky I tried it out too, worked pretty well, shame about the whole wifi thing, but I chose an iPod over an iPhone anyway.

EDIT: Took apart my brothers digital watch earlier, then put it back together. Breaking a perfectly good but ever so slightly too big for the job screwdriver... heh...

It still works perfectly, it keeps time, the alarm and stopwatch work, the beep noises work, the lights work! Only thing that doesn't is the display

I am really angry right now. That little scar I told you about, well, it wasn't healing, so I showed it to the physician. Apparently, it's been growing over the past few days because the "anti-biotic" cream that my parents had me using for years turned out to be a cream for eczema! I asked my mother, and she casually defends herself! All she says is that how was she supposed to know? And she is completely ignorant of the fact that it could've turned out to be some poisonous cream, and that it was only by mere luck that it was harmless! She just told politely and nonchalantly asked me to stop repeating what I'd said ... WTF???
 
The cut looks like a knife wound, and will probably leave a scar (according to the doctor)!!! All because my parents foolishly used a drug without its being prescribed or recommended by anyone! And I'm also now stuck with wound-cleaning, anti-biotics, gauze-swabs and a bandaged fore-arm for a week or two, followed by scar reducing creams for months!

Yeah, my school blocks everything. They block anything proboards, CXP, Deviant Art, Windows Live Mesh, and more. I once had to do an entire project at home because the school blocked all the sites related to it.

Why do your schools block these stuff?

They don't want people to misuse their internet. It's also the same when you bring in your own computer, just much worse.
 
You can connect (if you know the ultra-secure password of 0123456789abcdef9876543210   ), however outside devices are blocked from the network.

My school blocks anything Game related, because we have yrs 7-13 so those in lower years just mess around in lessons, not that blocking sites has stopped them - there's too many
 
And they unblocked Youtube and Facebook for us six formers

Our school misses stuff on occasion. I honestly have no clue what they use, but it blocks. The only time it didn't was when we had a power outage and the servers were down for two days (that was a disaster).

Oh, they also block logmein.com

At some point, I'll try to make something like what it looked like. They also use Synchron Eyes (now SmartSync) to monitor us. I remember that somebody was playing a game last year in class and the main IT lady shut off his computer. Three minutes later she walked in and was like "You can't play games."

We have another big storm rolling in... yay! Storm a day for the past week or two, sigh.

Well, I had our school teacher's password, so nothing was blocked for me!

When I was younger, though, I once took my copy of Windows XP and installed an alternative OS for me to use, so I could have admin rights and do whatever. Unfortunately, they got smarter after some time and started using a server password ...

And did you know that there is actually a conjugation for the subjunctive tense in English! I mean we all use it unconsciously, but I never thought it was a separate tense. English grammar is always full of surprises!
