Today, I played NFS , in a challenge series game , I noticed the car
not responding to keys but still moving, taking turns, until I realized that it was moving on its own, it continued , evaded pursuit racers and finished the race, automatically !!
 
just sat and watched it, amazed.
 
guess what ? they've coded some autopilot cheats in the game ?

Oh, and I watched the last three seasons of Scrubs in the last two days. That's right: three seasons in two days! About 30 hours of TV in two days!

But the last season was cut-off right in between because of the damned writers' strike ... bummer.

Not really, my eyes don't get sore from the TV or computer. I think it's because I had my glasses' lenses specially coated for that anti-glare thingamajig ... you know, the one that protects your eyes from the screen.

That or it could be the fact that I'm really Superman in disguise.

I'm starting to use Google Mail as my email account now, because Hotmail is bloody annoying and you can't send emails with Chrome on the new one, so I have to open Firefox (Which takes way too long) and then tell it I don't want it to be my main browser (Even though I keep clicking "Don't ask me again!!!" ) and then click hotmail (Another way too long time period) and then chose new and write my email out.

GMail is better anyway. You should be able to change the default browser thing in Settings -> Advanced

Settings, advanced? On FF? I wasn't on about default email thing, just browsing to my inbox
 
I'd use outlook but it refuses to use my hotmail account

Yahoo! Mail is waaaayyyyy better.  
 
You get UNLIMITED storage now, so there's basically no advantage of keeping a GMail account.

Oh well, it's a matter of taste.
And about storage, I don't really care if I have 10GB or 1TB for my mail. I'll never use that much. Never.

Funny, that's just about how Google started advertising its mail service in the first place...

That's not how I recall it. They where saying that Gmail offered several things, of which I remember the following as the most prominent.    
- Search function
- Labels
- Big inbox size
- An high quality spam filter

I'd never use unlimited space anyway, on my Hotmail account I have up to 5Gb's and I've been using "1%" for the past three years basically. I just don't need unlimited space for emails.

Ha! I have about 2,000 messages in my account from 2002 or 2003 ... and I'm still on 0% usage! That's the power of Yahoo!
 
I remember a time back in 2000 when even as low as 20 messages could give you a full inbox. Those were the days...
 
PS - This is so weird, Firefox doesn't have "inbox" in its dictionary. It's underlining it in red!

I've noticed a much reduced activity in crystal XP now,  
 
may it be the interface overhaul , no new bricopack , or the time itself..
 
back in 2007 , this place used to buzz with visitors. tens of new posts daily..  
 
users come and go.. , a few are regular. . and fewer, have always always been around.
 
But I like crystal XP, I've learned a lot from here.
 
but I'm sad, the box crashed and all artwork is gone.

Personally I'm posting less because the new interface is driving me mad, if there have been several new posts then I just get a long lists of topics that have had new posts so I just ignore them. When they were all separate sections laid out as you clicked I'd usually check every single topic, now I'm mostly ignoring them

Well new posts are still emphasized with the coloured tux/folder and the flags now ... so I don't really see how it's all that different.  
 
And the reason I think there are fewer members now is that the French and English forums are completely isolated now. Earlier, a few people from the French section would invade the French section and vice-verse. Now, it's only us English chums ... all alone.

Yea but I liked clicking the main section, then seeing the sub sections with little penguins so I could tell which had posts and which I could just ignore I preferred it that way
