That's true for a lot of game series: Tomb Raider, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Elder Scrolls, Battlefield ... the list is endless!

But I can't leave until I reach lvl 10! Because if I don't reach lvl 10 I'm not allowed to insult it! Ever! The problem is, they get you to lvl 10 and suddenly a whole world opens up to you of powers and magic and... Damn them.
 
It is very addictive, though I don't think I'll become an addict, I have too much other stuff to do so I wouldn't have time, I can't be arsed to wait for a place on the realm, and I don't feel like spending money

Well Finally I've the vacation from my Studies at the Faculty
I'm heading my place tomorrow

Well, I guess at least I know some people who managed eventually to get off... I'm so scared  

I'm also now currently listening to "Tu es ma came - Carla Bruni" and I've stuck it on loop. I don't understand a word but it sounds damn good.

EDIT: Ok, so I've come to some conclusions on WOW, but there is just one thing I want people to answer:

Why are people who play world of warcraft sad? And I don;t mean "Why are they" meaning they are, but why you think they are. Nice, long answers please

Well, I'm happy to say I'm one of the "has a life" ones (I've been depressed for many years before playing WOW)
 
Uttaresh, do you have an xbox or PS3? Or even any computer games at all you play? If you call WOW "childish" then I may as well call Halo and GOW and COD childish.

Well, Combat Flight Simulator was a brilliant game for dogfighting when it came out, but it's really old.

And yes, Ghostie Boy, I have played Halo, Gears of War, Call of Duty, Counter Strike, Battlefield, all the Star Wars video games, most of the Command and Conquer games, FIFA, Need for Speed, Battle for Middle Earth 2, all the Age of Empires, Civilization IV, Club Penguin, Mario, Super Mario, Street Fighter, Mortal Combat, Motocross Madness, all the GTAs, all the Spiderman games, and A LOT MORE! And guess what? I still think they're childish. Heck, I first played GTA 1 when I was in the first grade. I remember it very well because it's where I learnt all my curse words from.

Just because they're violent, doesn't mean they're not for kids ... look at Tom and Jerry!

So I woke up and decided to shave today ... been doing it for over 4 years now, but this was the first time I cut myself (though just slightly). The aftershave really burned there!
 
Oh, and I have decided that I am going to take an Adobe Certified Expert test for Photoshop CS3 ... so I have to prepare for that. Most of the stuff is as easy, but there are a few features that are new to me.

Today, I played NFS , in a challenge series game , I noticed the car
not responding to keys but still moving, taking turns, until I realized that it was moving on its own, it continued , evaded pursuit racers and finished the race, automatically !!
 
just sat and watched it, amazed.
 
guess what ? they've coded some autopilot cheats in the game ?

Since this thread is so popular now, can we rename it to The OFFICIAL CrystalXP Gossip Thread?? Or at least make it a sticky?? PLEASE!!!!

Oh, and I watched the last three seasons of Scrubs in the last two days. That's right: three seasons in two days! About 30 hours of TV in two days!

But the last season was cut-off right in between because of the damned writers' strike ... bummer.

Not really, my eyes don't get sore from the TV or computer. I think it's because I had my glasses' lenses specially coated for that anti-glare thingamajig ... you know, the one that protects your eyes from the screen.

That or it could be the fact that I'm really Superman in disguise.

I'm starting to use Google Mail as my email account now, because Hotmail is bloody annoying and you can't send emails with Chrome on the new one, so I have to open Firefox (Which takes way too long) and then tell it I don't want it to be my main browser (Even though I keep clicking "Don't ask me again!!!" ) and then click hotmail (Another way too long time period) and then chose new and write my email out.
 
FireFox drives me MAD!!!!

You get UNLIMITED storage now, so there's basically no advantage of keeping a GMail account.

That's not how I recall it. They where saying that Gmail offered several things, of which I remember the following as the most prominent.    
- Search function
- Labels
- Big inbox size
- An high quality spam filter
