So what exactly is a satanist? I've never met one! Does that mean you don't believe in God, but the demon? Or are you an atheist, as I am ... but like to believe in defying the church and performing "sinful" tasks? (like posting an avatar like that)

Since Swedish has some similarities with German and english i think i know what it means...

it´s quite funny to see how languages are similar in some ways.. is like when i read french, italian or portuguese... they are just very similar to spanish(my mother language) and so am able to understand others because of my German too

There are similarities between French and Hindi, actually. Odd, isn't it? Many words and even the grammar at times.

But the connection between English, French, Spanish, and Italian is obvious, seeing how they all have their roots in Latin. Same for German, Norwegian, Dutch, Saxon, and other Germanic languages.

I'm in "church of satan" which is, an atheistic/satanic "church" Satan is more of a freedom symbol then "a great evil demon of mass destruction"

Why do people want to become satanists?

 
First of all, it's not a belief or well kinda, but not really, its just another way to look at the world :>
Cause it's a more logic way of living, there's no "I believe in a guy that rules over all and everything" etc. etc.
