Welcome to CrystalXP Reibies. uttaresh is right, so far discussion around CSS and HTML hasn't really been going on. Although it is a very interesting subject, and in my opinion worth of a separate section. uttaresh is making a good point on your avatar (wow, he's working so hard today ).
 
Just a small note, for photographs it's probably better to use .jpg/.jpeg's.

Uttaresh- I was randomly browsing the internet and I came across a tutorial for that. I see. I'll be sure to try that and what you did makes it darker and more rich in color.    
I've always used JPEG cause that's the one I learned first. >w<
 
Gruzz-Thanks I'm glad to be here. It would be fun to have a section for CSS and HTML. Ok PNG's for images and JPEG's for photos. got it.

The link uttaresh provided above is awesome for learning both CSS and HTML. After you've got the base, you might want to view the source of pages to learn how something is done
 
I think there is a section for CSS/HTML, but it's only in the French section, though

Update: We've now got two new sections. A graphic release section and a graphic multi aid section.

you mean a "webdesign" sub-section in both "Graphic Release" and "mutual aid" sections.
