Wow I found and old 12 yr old windows 95 but had 98se 60 mb or ram lot for it's time, 1 gb hdd , 100mhz umm like 18 bit or 16 bit proccesor the best thing about it was it has all the doom games there ms- dos ran and is really fun had microsoft office. I ran all sorts of apps and the system never crashed. After doing some research I found out it's an IBM thinkpad 365xd at the time it was one 1,200$ and one of the first laptops that came with a cd drive. Sorry for the bad spelling Iand grammer I'm using my brother iPod touch to type

I thought my MacBook was having problems with the capital B today. A normal b worked fine, using Caps Lock + b would give me a capital B, but Shift + B didn't seem to work. Finally I remembered that I give an application the short cut Shift + B. :P

By the way, Safari 4 Public Beta is out. More info here (for Mac and Windows).

Whoop Safari 4 beta! I'm downloading this.

It looks good, since it's faster than Chrome and it has tabs on the top, which is the main thing that I always fret over. And the new top sites and history looks like fun - I love the way Apple makes things look! Though personally I would want the windows version to look like a mac window, like 3.2 does.

Yes, too bad there's no choice here (yet?). I doubt that it'll come. I think I'll stick with Chrome on Windows for now. Safari 4 Beta on my Mac. Still in doubt what I'll do when Chrome goes to Mac, probably will stay with Safari.

Actually, I downloaded both. There isn't a huge difference, just no gray color, and the options buttons are moved (no menu like on a Mac).

:o You missed a few major things there I believe. :)
- Try to search through history for example. Now with cover flow. Very handy, because you often recognize the image in the history.
- Safari 4 now features a "quick start" similar to Google Chrome and Opera.
- These "quick start" websites show when something new has been posted on the site. So you don't have to check the website if no new article has been posted. :)
- Obviously faster then the previous version of Safari.
More things here.

Edit: I love browser progress the past few months. :loveit: Even IE has been improving with IE8 (even though it's far from perfect and promises about web compatibility are broken).

I wasn't saying new from version 3, I was saying from Mac to PC

One thing I would like to see with the Top Sites thingy is more icons. While that would be plenty for me right now, the way that they are presented currently, one would think that they are in a cylinder of icons, that you could scroll through in a "3D" space. It would really make it unique.

Woops, now I re-read your comment I noticed.  :paf: Hopefully Safari 5 will come with a feature to notice me when my reply doesn't make sense.

I'll be getting my new computer soon (finally getting rid of my P4 and ATi Radeon 9600 :P).

Updated specs:
Prosessor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
Motherboard: ASUS P5Q-E
RAM: 4GB G.Skill DDR2 (1000MHz)
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD 4670 ULTIMATE (no fan)
Harddrive: Samsung F1 SpinPoint 320GB
CPU Cooler: Noctua C12P (very quiet)
Case: Antec P182  (which is quite case)
PSU: Corsair 520W 520HX

+ A couple of Noctua 120mm fans (which are VERY quiet)

By "could", you meant cold, right? If so, I don't think so. Fans are used to throw hot air out, and thus cool the CPU and other hardware. Not having a fan, especially in warmer areas, could overheat your PC.

Yes, I know the question wasn't directed at me. :/
