Hi friends,
I have a question, i like one of the Tux picture in the Tux gallery and i want to change the text in its T-Shirt to my company name and want to use it ?
Can i do it ? is it again your TOS ? if it is, then whats the alternate solution to use it ? do i need to contact the author of that image (Actually i forgot and its a night mare for searching him in the hundreds of tux gallery )
Please let me know.

You are not allowed to use Tux images from the Factory for commercial purpose. Unless you created the Tux yourself or got specific permission from the creator.
