I don't think it's fair to request such a colossal addition, because:
1. Few people use Turkish on these boards
2. There are probably not any moderators or admins on these boards who are familiar with Turkish
3. There are many other languages that should have a higher priority, if the admins decide to add a language; e.g. Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, German, etc.
Of course, you can contribute by creating your own tutorials in Turkish in the translated tutorials section.
