I mean Asher, Gruzz, Didas, Fagoon, GuiTuX, Xena, k_millio, legace
Who are these persons?and how to become moderators?
Are they financing the crystalxp or supporting with alternate way?
plz Explain

Moderators are people who have been chosen to 'police' the forums. Basically their job is to make sure everybody obeys the rules, and nobody is rude or simply annoying.
 
You become a moderator by being appointed by the administrators, and only people who are kind, who follow the rules of the forum, and act properly will become moderators.

People who obey the rules of the forum and are kind. not just kind.

Perhaps kind was not the right word, I should say just and fair. Legace is both of those, and Legace is also kind as well - to those who behave correctly.

What makes you say Legace is not kind? Bearing in mind personally I feel that is very insulting to him.

I personally feel that I am a kind, fair, and meek -- all of which are qualities of utmost importance to become a moderator.
